Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

Very comfortable and well made shoe! I’m so happy with the purchase. The slip on heel works perfectly when I put the shoes on but also is secure and very supportive when I’m at the gym or going for a run. I have a high arch and these shoes are great for me. I got the wide EE size and it fits perfectly.

Got the Women's Madrid Eco Knit in Heathered Grey in Jan, 2025 quickly tried them on, thought they were tight in the toe, maybe I have some foot swelling, put in closet. Now Mar, 2025 went to use them, feet not swollen, but shoes still tight in toe. I would say shoe runs narrow in the toe box. I love the color, but they run small, now it is too late to return for a larger size.
