Not only are Kiziks the easiest shoes to put on, they are also THE EASIEST SHOES TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

As long as it has been less than 30 days from your order date and your shoes are in their original condition, you can exchange or return them to make you and your feet happy! Just take these 5 EASY STEPS (pun intended).

  • Kiziks are hands-free, so we know there won’t be any finger smudges on them, but please don’t take them outdoors until you have confirmed the perfect fit. All test drives should be on a clean, carpeted surface. WE CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY SHOES NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
  • VISIT US HERE and enter your Order Number (from your order confirmation email) and Shipping Zip Code.
  • Select the option to exchange or return, answer a few questions, and VOILA, YOUR SHIPPING LABEL WILL MAGICALLY APPEAR (OR BE EMAILED TO YOU).
  • PEEL AND RESEAL the box your shoes came in, apply the shipping label, and give it to the carrier.
  • WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your shoes (and sometimes before when you use our nifty shipping label), we will process your exchange, or refund your original form of payment. And no, we don’t ever charge return U.S. shipping or restocking fees.
