We get it. Buying shoes online can seem risky.  Most who purchase Kizik shoes end up keeping them.  However, sometimes we do not become sole mates and that's why we offer a 'No-Hassle' policy to ensure you get the perfect fit.
As long as your shoes are unworn, unwashed and in their original package, you can return or exchange them to make you and your feet happy! Below you'll find our full return and exchange guidelines

  • New Condition & 30 Days - All items in original condition* can be returned within 30 days of Original order Date.
  • FREE Shipping - When using our provided shipping label, return shipping is FREE on all domestic orders shipped within the U.S.
  • No Re-stocking Fees - Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price of items returned in new condition. We do not refund international duties, taxes, or VAT.
  • RMA Number - All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for tracking purposes.
Once we receive your shoes, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Whether you ordered the wrong size or the color on your computer screen is different than real life, don't worry, we make exchanges easy. The following conditions apply to exchanges:

  • New Condition & 30 Days - All items in original condition* can be exchanged within 30 days of Original order Date.
  • FREE Shipping - When using our provided shipping label, return shipping is FREE on all domestic orders shipped within the U.S.
  • No Re-stocking Fees - There are no re-stocking fees. Pretty neat!
  • RMA - Include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on your exchange for tracking purposes.
  • NOTE: We will ship out your exchange order within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.  

*CAN I RETURN SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN?

We want you to have ample opportunity to make sure Kizik  is right for you! When you receive your shoes, try them on a clean, carpeted surface to confirm the correct size and style. Please keep in mind that shoes must be in the original, new condition in which you received them to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We strongly encourage you to avoid puddles, farming, and messy eaters to keep the integrity of your new Kizik's in tip-top condition, just in case you need to send ‘em back. 

EXCHANGE & RETURN STEPS

Ready to start your exchange or return? Please follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Put in your order number along with the associated email.
  2. Once you have located your order, select REFUND and the reason for the return. You will be emailed an APPROVED RA# with instructions and pre-paid UPS Return shipping label to print and use
  3. When the RETURN is received and processed, we will issue a REFUND for the cost of the KIZIK’s.  You will need to allow 7-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
