Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We take great pride, and stand behind designing comfortable, high-quality, hands-free shoes. If you experience a problem with your purchase, we’ll do all we can to make things right.
Here’s what you need to know:
Kizik gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase online. To receive a refund, please make sure any item you are returning is in its original condition [we cannot take back dirty or worn footwear]. You’ll also need an order number to initiate your return.
There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any UPS location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations. If you prefer, you also have the option of printing a shipping label and mailing the product back to us. If you choose this option, there will be a $5 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total.
For purchases made online at kizik.com, you can also make a return at one of our retail stores. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation or store receipt with you to initiate the return.

To initiate a return or an exchange, visit our Returns and Exchanges page, and enter the email address you used to make the original purchase along with the order number found on your order confirmation. From there, you can choose to exchange or return an item. You’ll also be provided with a shipping label to ship your return to us when using a Redo Returns or UPS location near you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy Exceptions
For international and U.S. territory purchases, returns will be subject to a returns processing fee. Exchanges are not currently available for international orders.
Items marked as "final sale" are ineligible for return or exchanges.
