We offer four different domestic shipping methods:

When should I contact support?

Please wait until the turnaround time for your selected shipping method has passed before contacting customer service.


What are business days?

Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will ship next business day.


How long does processing take?

Transit days do not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

Transit days begin once the package has left the warehouse (carrier 1st scan).


When are orders shipped?

Due to increased order volume, USPS and UPS are experiencing delays in delivery and tracking updates. Orders placed before 11am PT are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11am PT are shipped the next business day.

Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will ship next business day.


Return + exchange policy?

Free US shipping on all orders. All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt for a full refund and with free return shipping for a limited time.
