Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any UPS location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Love them on 5th pair
easy on easy off my favorite color prague (Grey) was discontinued (had 3 pairs) going to try the Charlotte Harbor Mist to see if will work - and of course get another pair of fresh black prague (1)

I have owned 4 different pairs of Kizik and have no real complaints. I like being able to slip in and out easily in a stylish and non clunky looking shoe. My only wish is that they have a little more arch support.
Love Kiziks!
I love the shoes, they are comfortable, fit well and hold up well. Easy to get in and out of since I don't bend as well as I used to. I did find that the new Irvine shoe I bought is sized somewhat small comparted to the Prague 2. I usually wear 11 in that shoe and should probably return the Irvine in 11 because it is about a half size smaller in feeling. I recommend these shoes to everyone who asks!
Comfortable and versatile!
First, the shoes run a little narrow. I have a pair of Athens 2 in an 8.5 regular, but needed a 8.5 wide in these Prague 2 shoes. The exchange was easy and quick (exchange arrived 2 days after dropping the others off at a pick up location). I LOVE the look of these! I wear predominantly dresses and was wearing cute shoes that didn’t have any support. In walks sciatica a few months ago and now I have to have comfortable supportive shoes to prevent/combat flare ups. I love my pink Athens 2, but wanted something more neutral and that could be dressed up a bit. These work perfectly and go with everything. Bonus is when I do have flareups, I don’t have to either ask for help putting on my shoes or painfully do a perfectly ordinary movement of bending down.
