Hands-free shoes make getting in and out of your footwear easier for everyone, including for people with a wide range of health conditions that limit mobility, flexibility, strength, or balance. These include pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, and certain neurological or muscular conditions.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations. 

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

    Ok to size up

    My kids get their shoes on at warp speed now. They also say they are super comfortable. Don’t be afraid to size up for longevity reasons. They still stay on fine despite not having laces.

    Best shoes for my pre-schoolers

    I’m hooked. I can get my 3 and 4 year olds out the door in record time now. I sized up a little bit so that they’d last longer and even though there are no laces, they still stay on their feet when running, jumping, etc.
