Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any UPS location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

The Best Shoes I Own
You always wonder when you buy a new pair of shoes if they will hurt your feet when you first get them, have to break them in, etc. NOT THESE!! I took these on a two-week trip to Europe knowing I would live in them and didn't have a care in the world, straight out of the box onto the streets of Europe! I will always buy Kiziks, these were my fifth pair and highly recommend to everyone I know! Thank you for such a comfortable shoe!

Love my kiziks
Liked the idea of step in shoes as I have some hip flexor funk. Pretty dedicated historically to my Vessi's (Canadian brand that you can pull on, but not step into) oofos, and hokas (which I still use for running). Worried kizik would be less comfy. Well after 1st pair, I got two more kiziks. So convenient, cute, fun colors and wear for long walks, strength training, everything but running.
Favorite shoe
My husband gifted me with my first pair a few years ago. I just ordered my third pair and let me tell you you cannot wear the shoe out! I have tendon problems in my ankle, and this is the only shoe I can wear besides high top boots that doesn't cause discomfort. You just have to experience the comfort to believe it.
On my 4th pair
These shoes have changed my life. I have neuropathy in my feet and I can't tell you how wonderful these shoes are. No pain anymore. Keeps me balanced, also.
