My two-year-old received these as a gift (size 7). I'm so glad Kizik has started to create toddler shoes, but their design department needs to do some work. Overall, I would not recommend these shoes until several key flaws are addressed. They're just not worth the money when a cheap pair of generic shoes are easier to put on and better for foot health.What's great:- No heel drop- Wide toe box- CuteWhat could be improved:- Heel is too stiff: My son is 26 lbs - he can't generate enough force to collapse the heel and put these on himself. Even with my help, it's a struggle to get them on. I was hoping these shoes would give him more independence, but they're one of his most difficult pairs of shoes to put on.- Thick, unbending soles: Podiatrists recommend flexible soles for toddler foot health. These shoes are as stiff as a board.- Durability: The decorative tag on top started to fray pretty quickly, and actually ripped off after a couple of months as I was trying to wrangle them on his feet.

Both our 2 year old and 4 year old boys are obsessed. We knock our shoes off before coming in to the house after school and from the back yard and Kiziks make it so easy for our kiddos to step right in and go play, or come in and time to chill. Envious of the effortlessness, I also bought a pair and it makes it so easy to run outside to play or pop back in the house mess free. Not to mention they are SUPER comfortable and the kids love the look of their "fast shoes"
