Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

    Great shoes except for the sole

    I’ve had 3 or 4 pairs of the men’s Kizik Lima shoes and I really like them as they’re super comfortable and lightweight.Unfortunately the sole wears out too quickly.Last year I had a spill after a rain storm as I was crossing the street.Yesterday on the dry ground I had another slip.I’m hoping that Kizik can improve the sole.Greetings.

    Great walking shoes although the sole doesn’t have enough traction.

    I’ve had 3 or 4 pairs of the Lima style.They’re very comfortable and lightweight although the sole wears out too soon.Unfortunately I’ve had a good slip one day last year on wet ground and one today on dry ground.I really wish they’d make them so the sole wouldn’t wear down so quickly as it’s a safety issue.Greetings…

    I was bad, you were worse

    I screwed up, I know I did. But your customer service guy straight up lied to me. I recently moved from CO to MI. When I ordered these shoes for my grandpa, I accidentally auto-filled my info with the CO address attached. Stupid move on my part, but I didn't realize it until immediately after the purchase was completed. I emailed your customer service and asked if they could change the shipping address. They wrote back after the item had already shipped and said that they couldn't change the address through the UPS, I was responsible for that. So I called UPS and they wouldn't let me change it. They said the shipper (you) was the only one who could change it. I emailed your customer service again and said that UPS told me that you guys had to change the address. I got a response telling me that you requested a change, but it may arrive before the change is done.So, now whoever lives at my old address hopefully can put the shoes to use, because I sure as hell can't. Why did your team tell me that they couldn't change it, when that's exactly what UPS said was the only way it could be done? My mistake obviously played a role in this, but your role is straight up bullshit. You got your $100 out of me, congrats. But I ordered a pair of Skechers slip-ons to replace the ones I ordered from you, and my grandpa loved them so much I bought another. So you've already missed out on a repeat customer. Well done.
