Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

My third pair
I had bilateral hip replacement a year ago. Originally I bought a pair of Kizik shoes because I could not reach down to tie my shoes. I was so happy with the comfort, after my hip replacements I have bought two additional pairs and they will continue to be my go to shoes.

Comfy and handy
I have a pair of both the Madrid and the Athens. The Athens are mush softer soles and better for walking a distance. The Madrid don't have much arch support but are still handy and comfy enough for short walks. I use the Madrid to slip on for quick trips outside ant the Athens if I am going for a decent length walk. Both slip on easily. I did find I had to lace the Athens up a bit tighter. I ordered a size 11 in the Madrid and it was too small, then switched to a 12 which fit about right. I usually wear an 11 in dress shoes and a 12 in running/athletic shoes so these are sized as an athletic shoe. I have narrow feet and have to lace them a bit tighter which causes some crinkle, but same problem for me on all athletic shoes.

ATHENS Best Shoe On The Market
Why do away with a product that works for so many people? I have 6 pairs of the Athens that are truly the best fit and most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in 85 years. They are consistently the same fit. The one pair of Athens2 that I have I can’t wear. The tow box is too narrow even in the wide. You have nothing to replace the Athens. I have 3 pairs wearing out so I wear them as little as possible. When I wear these all day, 7 days a week, I don’t know what I’ll do when I have to replace them. There is nothing on the market to compare to the Athens. You have nothing that comes even close.

Perfect Fit & Support
These are my 9th pair of Kiziks. Athens are my favorite. The heel cup keeps your ankle and foot alignmed. I over pronate so this is very important to me. I have very bad arthritis in my ankles due to several old breaks. Walking barefoot is painful. I slip these Athens on and I can walk like I'm twenty years younger. The pain is gone and I have the spring back in my step.
