Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths (e.g., standard to wide), and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

Comfort plus
Like the Freedom Run, very comfortable and supportive. I have many Kizik shoes and these along with the Run are great for being out and about. I walk three miles every morning and wear both.

Works well for me
Shoe fits over my bunions well so it had enough of a toe box. Its also very light but still supportive enough for light hiking. I wear a women's 7.5 and that's what I got.

Good padding on the feet on gravel. Easy to put on. A bit heavy.
At first the shoes were a bit rigid. After a week of runs they loosened up. Also had some rubage on the side of my foot at first. No longer a problem. When it is quiet, they make a squeaky sound on my socks. Also the top material above my toes creases making a pop that I can feel while walking but not running. They do well keeping my feet dry in dewey conditions. They are a bit heavier than regular running shoes but most likely that helps with the gravel protection. They do great on not having the gravel hurt my feet. I run on gravel roads most of the time and they also transition to pavement well.

Comfiest shoes ever. I want to add that the technology that makes these shoes slip on is fantastic. If you’re on the fence about these don’t be. Try it, I know you’ll love it.

Good fit for Narrow Feet
I have been looking for a walking shoe for my narrow 13B feet., Kizik was recommended on the web. It is not just a step in, but that's because of my narrow feet. So far the support for walking is good.
