Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

    Easy to get on but not the best comfort low longevity

    Easy to get on but not super comfortable and after 2 weeks of wearing them they already have a hole in the side.

    Defective Material 🤔

    Haven't even been worn a full month and the nylon mesh connected to the toe box failed. Just now seeing all of the other reviews showing the same tearing. Not sure if it's just not durable enough to handle that stress point of a shoe, but less than a month of non-daily wear is pretty disappointing considering I love all of my other Kiziks. I have probably gifted as many as I've bought for myself and plan to continue to do so if this is mostly a one-off situation. Anticipating a resolution from Kizik.

    Broken after one wear

    I love kiziks and have had a number of pairs. No, they don’t last as long as others, but this pair didn’t last one day in the yard before the shoe lace ripped through one of the holes. I was pretty disappointed.

    Falling apart after one Month!

    I have had these shoes barely one month and they are already torn and have busted seems. Overall comfort is good but durability is very poor. To be labeled a hiking type boot/shoe they should be able to withstand a busy work routine. I was very disappointed in the product overall. My other tennis shoe kizik treated me fair so far but I don’t recommend this product.

    They bleed

    They look very stylish, my husband said they fit well and are comfortable. The issue we have is the first (and so far only) time he wore them the inside bleed and his socks turned black/purple. It's supposed to be to be water resistant but the shoes never got wet. It was just from sweating. He wore them for one short event and when he took them off his white socks were ruined. Stained from the insides of the boots. He hasn't worn them since. I have pictures but there's no option to post them.
