Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

I loved the fit, feel, and look of these and hoped they’d be a regular buy but after a month the left sole came off and started flapping. The heels of both shoes have worn holes within a couple months. For $65 I wish they would be higher quality.

Very unfortunate that I was told by the customer service agent that my defective pair of Athens 2’s were the result of “normal wear and tear” even though my son had only been wearing them since the beginning of the school year. Even though the explanation was poor and my concern and experience disregarded and set aside, I carried on and purchased another pair hoping to not have the same problem because my son, who is on the spectrum, enjoys the ease of putting them on. When my other pair of Athens 2 arrived as you can see after 1 DAY the same problem occurred. AFTER 1 DAY. I will be sending the picture to customer service on top of the email that I sent regarding the last pair that had the exact same defect as you can see by the picture. I feel as if I was mislead and this is my experience that some of the product is defunct and defective as a result of faulty adhesive. Very shameful.

Love the new colors and was happy to see the new style. My son still fit into his size 2 of his previous kiziks, so I had ordered a 2.5 of these because the 3 was sold out. He couldn't even slide his foot into the 2.5s, so I had to exchange, and I got a 3.5. While he hasn't tried the 3.5s on yet I can tell already that they will be much better. These have tie laces, which might be part of the issue of putting them on, but he didn't worn them yet. I will have him try these, and if we don't like them, we will go back to the no lace style. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the laces.

As previous Kizks customers, I expected these shoes to have elastic/no tie laces like the picture shows. Unfortunately, they have real laces that need to be tied with a detached tongue. My 6 year old won’t be able to easily slip into these like he has with other styles. They also run quite wide.

The kids love this shoe for its color and ease of slipping in and out. But as a result of constantly stepping on the back of the shoe, the fabric tears easily. 3 months is all it takes before a replacement is needed. The sole isn’t great either. It wears out quickly before becoming slippery
