Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths (e.g., standard to wide), and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Not waterproof
These just arrived and I am still debating if I want to keep them. 5 stars for comfort and ease of slipping into. I did plan to use these to quick slip on to walk the dog in snow and slush. Once I have now seen them in person they are more of a canvas material that is no way waterproof (and I have since looked at the listing where there is no claim to be waterproof…I just assumed since they are boots they would be). While I love them for comfort and style I will probably be very disappointed in a couple months when my feet are wet and cold in the snow. Ugh!

THESE ARE AMAZING
MY NEW FAVORITE BOOTIEThese short boots not only look fantastic (and I get many compliments) but they are soft and comfy too. I wore these right out of the box and I have walked miles in these. Grab these if they ever come back in stock!Run true to size and fit great.

WORTH THE WAIT!
I am in love! I had to wait so long until these were restocked, but it was worth the wait! I have received so many compliments on these boots because they are very cute and stylish. The hands-free gets me every time but also these keep my feet warm! I 100% recommend them. They are very comfortable

For my wide foot/wide calf girlies- they’re great!
I was super hesitant to ordered these, despite LOVING my Kiziks, because they didn’t have any measurements for the opening of the boot and they don’t have wide width….the part of my calf the top of the boot hits is about 15 inches and they fit great. I can get them on hands free with the laces tied, but I’ll likely tie and untie them each time I use them. Typically I wear a 9.5 wide in the Athens and Irvines, but ordered a 10 in these. My foot feels supported and comfy. I haven’t walked much in them- tried them on, walked around apartment, but I think I’ll keep them. Next year, I REALLY hope they offer the boots but a water resistant version. I hope this helps! Take a chance, I honestly feel like even if my calves/ankles were wider, they’d still fit.
