I like the overall style and comfort of the shoe. The ability to put on the shoe is amazing. I do feel that the quality of the coloring and the quality of texture is limited. In both shoes and on both sides of the shoes, it looks like someone was coloring outside of the lines when making the line between the blue and white borders. It is uneven and looks messy, I making it appear as though the quality was cheaply made compared to the price.

I love the easy on and off of this shoe. It is so convenient that I now use them as my shoe to wear around the house since I work from home. But I have also found that they are more comfortable than my Brooks shoe that I have. I do wish they had more cushion in the forefoot. And your double wide should be listed as a wide in your 4X should be listed as a double wide. I wear a double wide or a 2E and I had to get the four wide in your shoe.

Having purchased and loved Kiziks before, i was looking forward to receiving my Lima shoes in Tidepool. Imagine my shock and surprise when I received previously worn shoes. My first indication was a sloppily tied lace. The cardboard and paper inserts were shoved back into the shoes. The tie was scuffed and dirty, and there were tiny pebbles stuck in the heel ridges. The sole was filthy. I started scrubbing with a wipe and realized I should be taking pics. I sent an email to customer service and was promised a 10% discount by a rep named Bernadette. This refund has mysteriously disappeared from my checking account. Surprisinly, im offered a bigger dscount (15%) if i sign up fir emails, which I already get. So...I've paid $117 for previously worn shoes that I'll be donating. I'm not going through the hassle of standing in a post office line at this time of year to return them. I had planned on building a small wardrobe of these shoes, but if this us how Kizik treats their customers, I'll have to find another company. I am incredibly disappointed, mostly in the fact that Kizik thinks I should be satisfied wearing someone else's shoes.
