Shoe Care
Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
size is 1/2 a size too big- there were so many issues with delivery : mis-delivered once, 2nd time, stolen by delivery person, that even though kizik's customer care team was professional and courteous and got the shoes to me, I just didn't have confidence in an exchange.
I ordered 1/2 a size up bc online it says they run small.
They don't run small and someone is in denial about
their shoe size. Please ppl, don't get your ego twisted
up in your damn shoe size of all things.

Never Received
I ordered two pairs of Kiziks, order was confirmed for both, both said they shipped, only one was delivered. I thought maybe it was just a mistake or it shipped in two boxes but upon emailing it was because they were out of stock of my second pair when they went to ship. I received no notice that they were out of stock, my order was never changed, and I had to ASK for my refund. Had I not asked I would never have received a refund, only celebratory emails that BOTH of my pairs were delivered. This is a problem. I have been ordering for years and it’s very disheartening to see this company go out of their way to custom make shoes for Elon Musk but they can’t even properly serve their regular customers.
