Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

    Shoddy Construction, Shoes fall apart quickly both inside and outside

    BEWARE OF KIZIK SHOES! The materials of construction are inferior and the "foam" inside the heel and on both sides starts to shred and split after a few months use. KIZIK refuses to honor their own warranty. Stay with the name brands. Much cheaper shoes are better made than Kizik.

    Disappointment with cleaning!

    I followed your instructions for cleaning, and I am disappointed with my results. In my photo, they’re still damp. Hoping when they dry, they’ll look better.

    Kiziks are FAB!!!

    This is my ninth pair of Kiziks! This is my third pair of slate grey Women’s Athens. They hold up well, wash up beautifully, and look good throughout the life of the shoe. I wear my Kiziks a minimum of twelve hours everyday. They get put through their paces and stand up to the challenge. Eventually they do wear out but I ALWAYS get my money’s worth! I LOVE Kiziks!

    Box was open.

    so they delivered them with the shoe box only (no wrap or other box, see attached photos) what if someone steal from the front door cause they see what’s inside and when I got them the box was open and shoes has some dirt on the bottom like some kind of “return” item, I’m still giving some stars for the nice shoes though I haven’t tried them on yet.

    Love My Kiziks!!!

    I absolutely LOVE all of my Kiziks. This is my 6th pair so I guess you could say that I'm a BIG fan! They are comfortable and good looking and I LOVE the step-in aspect as these are my everyday go to sneakers for going to the gym, going for a walk or just about town!
