Shoe Care
Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
No-Hassle Returns
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

The shoe themselves my kid loves as it is easy to put on. However they do not last. These lasted 4 months. The eprevious one was about 6-7 months and I thought there were bad batch. Moving onto different brand.

Very good quality! I love that they are fast to put on and take off. My favorite shoes. The shoes have great movement while running. Signed a happy 10 year old!

My kids love wearing these because they are easy and comfortable, but I’m astounded by how quickly they have worn down. We purchased in September and by May they were no longer wearable and had to go in the trash. 8 months of life. Meanwhile I have kids Merrill shoes that have been handed down and worn by 4 different kids! These are marketed as the “explore” shoe which was supposedly more rugged. I want to love these shoes but they are just too expensive for such poor quality.

I’ve ordered two pairs of these shoes for my 5 year old, and they both broke in the same manner within 2-3 months of purchase. The fabric holding the elastic has ripped. This happened to the first pair we bought, but I loved them so much I ordered another pair, then SAME THING! These shoes are way too expensive to have to replace every two months. We’ve never washed them, and they have had what I would consider very normal wear. I’m sad to say we won’t be reordering. Kids should outgrow their shoes before they break!

We liked them at first but sadly within a month they are fraying. They are fraying so badly that my son asks me to trim off the strings. I don’t think they will last much longer and I will have to just to throw them out.
