Shoe Care
Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
No-Hassle Returns
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

I’ve had 2 other pairs of Kiziks that each lasted a number of years but the canvas on these has given out after only a couple of months. I like the brand generally, but not this model. I’m a teacher so they have most of their wear in a classroom which isn’t too intensive.

First off, my husband is a huge Kizik fan and we have purchased several pairs over the years. My last purchase was Nov. 10, 2024 & we purchased the Men's Porto shoe. My husband doesn't wear this shoe as often as his others and noticed the fabic had pulled away from the rubber sides. Regardless, we were very surprised this happened as Kizik shoes are usually made very well and it had not been worn that many times. Contacted Kizik in September and they did not stand behind their product saying it was "wear & tear" and "falls outside of the scope of the warranty". A shoe hardly worn and within a year of purchase and I received no support. Although the other style "Athens" has held up beautifully, I would avoid this style.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box, but it comes with a big caveat: they had to replace a pair as soon as I got them because inside pieces were falling apart, and the replacement pair ripped within 6 months. Now that they’re allegedly out of warranty and this is somehow wear and tear, I’ll be replacing with either Adidas or Skechers.

My overall experience wearing these shoes is outstanding! The materials used in these shoes feel flexible, durable, and comfortable! They’re easy to slip in and out of them and they feel lightweight for me to walk without dragging my feet.

Looks great, really comfy. The only issue is that the laces are too close to the top, so sometimes they get pushed into the shoe when you put your foot in. This is a small enough issue that I'm not taking a star off.
