How does the hands-free step-in work?
Our patented Cage® heel collapses as you step in, then immediately springs back up to lock you in — slip on and go in seconds.
Is the midsole soft or springy?
Both. The super-soft foam absorbs impact when you land, then bounces back so each step feels lighter than the last.
Will mud and rocks get stuck in the sole?
No — the multi-directional lugs are shaped to shed debris as you walk, so you maintain grip on varied terrain without lugs clogging up.
Are these waterproof?
They're water-resistant — built to shrug off morning dew, wet grass, and light rain. Not for deep puddles, but plenty for everyday weather.
Will the insole feel comfortable all day?
Yes. The Arch Form™ insole is high-rebound EVA that slowly molds to your foot — supportive without going flat, even after hours on your feet.
Will these feel athletic or relaxed?
Athletic — an ergonomic, snug-through-the-midfoot fit that holds your foot in place so you can move naturally without slippage.
Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
