Hands-free shoes make getting in and out of your footwear easier for everyone, including for people with a wide range of health conditions that limit mobility, flexibility, strength, or balance. These include pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, and certain neurological or muscular conditions.

How do these go on without using my hands?

The Internal Cage® heel collapses when you step in, then springs back up and locks around your foot — no bending, no laces, no shoehorn.

Will the front of the shoe scuff?

The rubber outsole wraps up into an extended toe bumper, so the toe area is protected from kicks, scuffs, and rope-burn wear.

How does the canvas hold up?

Heavyweight canvas — soft to break in, but tough enough to keep its shape and stand up to everyday wear.

What's a Comfort Collar?

It's a padded cuff around the ankle opening — soft on the step-in, then it hugs your heel for a secure, no-slip fit.

What's the insole made of?

A die-cut EVA foam insole shaped to your foot — light, cushioned, and built for all-day wear.

Will the toe scuff easily?

No — a reinforced rubber toe cap protects the front of the shoe from kicks, drops, and daily scuffs.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any UPS location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.
