What is the Kizik Reward Club?
Kizik Reward Club is a way for us to give back to our most valuable customers! It’s free and easy to use! You’ll earn Kizik points for every dollar you spend. You will also earn Kizik points for interactions on social media. Once you have enough Kizik points you can turn them in for discounts and rewards. Spend more, earn more!
How do I join?
Good news! If you’re a current customer with an account, you’re already a member. Simply log into your account and view what Kizik points you’ve already started to collect. If you are new to Kizik or have never made an account before, click the Rewards button on the bottom left of the screen and create an account.
How do I earn Kizik points?
After signing up, we automatically award Kizik points based on the dollar amount you spend with each purchase. You can also earn Kizik points by doing any available actions in the launcher. Please note, Kizik points is only awarded if you are signed up for the Kizik Reward Club and are not awarded for purchases made prior to enrolling in the program.
How long does it take to receive Kizik points?
Kizik points is automatically added to your account shortly after purchase. Once you have earned your Kizik points they are available to use at any time.
Where can I check my Kizik points balance?
You can view your accumulated Kizik points anytime by signing in to your Kizik Reward Club account.
Can I use my Kizik rewards & a discount code at the same time?
Kizik rewards cannot be combined with any promotional offers.
How do I redeem Kizik points?
You can spend your Kizik points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the "Kizik Reward Club" launcher. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim! Coupons redeemed from points expire 6 months from issue date. Keep checking back, we always have new and fun rewards for you to claim!
Do my Kizik points expire?
Yes, Kizik points expires 6 months after the date it was added to your account if it goes unused.
What happens to my Kizik points when I make a return?
Points earned on a returned purchase will be deducted from your account.
How does the referral program work?
For every new customer referred to Kizik (customer must be new and cannot have purchased from Kizik previously - please have your customer click on your referral code before creating an account) they will get a coupon for $20 off orders over $100. You will receive $20 off your next purchase.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Rewards cannot be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, sales tax or prior purchases. Rewards have no cash value and neither cash nor store credit will be paid for unused rewards. Rewards are not transferable and you can only redeem rewards associated with your Kizik Rewards Club account.
All points will expire 6 months after the date upon which the points were earned.
Participation in the Kizik Rewards Club is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Points and rewards may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility.
At our sole discretion, we have the right to modify, add or delete all or any portion of the Kizik Rewards Club rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, the value of the rewards and/or the time for redemption.
