Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths (e.g., standard to wide), and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

The hands-free Siena makes every step effortless with HandsFree Labs® technology - no bending, no tying—just step in and go. Its retro-inspired nylon and suede upper offers lightweight durability and timeless style, while a tailored fit offers a sleek look and feel. A cushioned midsole keeps every step comfortable from day to night.

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Cute but didn’t last
I got these cute shoes for walking our dogs around the block, so just walking on sidewalks. Unfortunately, they’re coming apart after less than a month which is extremely disappointing. Wanted to return and am days beyond their 30 day return policy. Don’t recommend and won’t get shoes from the company again.

Fantastic everyday shoe!
This is my second pair. They are comfortable and I do like that they repel dirt so well. I'm thankful to know there is a shoe this good made!

Do not fit true to size. Too big both in length and width. I normally wear a standard woman size 10. These are very wide and long. I could probably go down a whole size

Not like others
One of the shoes is showing horrible wear on the suede after only a few uses . Wanted to see if I could exchange but they require a sales receipt which I don’t have as it’s the only pair I have bought in a store . I’ve worn kizik for years and never had an issue so this was super disappointing.

Somewhat disappointed
Love the ability to slip in but disappointed in the fact that they slip in the back and caused a large blister on the side of my heel. It’s created a sensitive area that needs to be covered with a large bandaid to prevent another blister on top of the existing one. I still love them and will continue to wear them with caution.
