Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

My kid’s favorite shoe
My daughter is absolutely obsessed with these shoes. They’re all she wants to wear. The ability to slip on and off without bending the back of the heel or having them come untied is really priceless.

Buy these!!
So impressed!! Purchased bellwether blue/orange Phoenix kizik sneakers for my preschooler. They have been worn and played in every single day of school so far this year (Sept - May, in upstate NY with lots of rain and poor winter/spring weather this year). Shoes are still in really good condition with lots of life left, just getting a little small. These shoes are so impressive and built for lots of outdoor play. Stains and dirt wipe off easily

Really great until they break
The concept of these shoes are excellent, especially for 5 year olds, like my son, who cannot tie their shoes. He can easily get these on without help, which is great. These ones actually seemed like higher quality than the prior version of kids’ Kiziks we had in the past. However, after about 4 weeks of daily wear, the back of the shoe is completely demolished with the foam parts coming out. I’d expect these shoes to last at least 3 months with the price we’re paying, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ll likely be going back to a different brand of kids shoes after two attempts and fails :(

Perfect shoe for kids!
The slip on aspect of these shoes is a game changer for my 5 year old! So easy to pop these on to run out of the house!
