Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Hands-free shoes make getting in and out of your footwear easier for everyone, including for people with a wide range of health conditions that limit mobility, flexibility, strength, or balance. These include pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, and certain neurological or muscular conditions.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Watch out
The shoes fit great. Compliments on them. Only wore them a couple of times. Soft material absolutely terrible. Got caught in rain. Stained terribly. Washed as Company instructed. Sent pictures. Company says normal wear and tear. and would do nothing about it except offer a 10% discount which is a joke. Asked to exchange for different style. No dice.Bought two pair. These and a nice fully leather dress type. I will never buy another pair again and will not recommend because of their customer service. Very disappointed with Kizik.

UK Trip
First of all they look great. I wanted to wear them on the cobblestone streets on our trip to Scotland and they didn’t disappoint! The first day there and ***** steps later my feet felt fine, not sore or tired. They felt great right out of the box. These are my 4th pair of Kiziks, first Wasatch-Sand, the others were Madrid. I’m sure I’ll be adding more Kiziks to my collection.

Great Shoe!
This is my far my favorite style Kizik I've ever had. I've owned about 4 different styles, but this is my favorite. I just brought two pair for when my current pair wear out because this style has been discontinued! 😭
