Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

    Ridiculously Cute Shoes OMG

    I absolutely love these shoes! They are comfy, wicked cute, and bring me so much joy! I previously had purchased the Milan shoes, and figured they’d fit about the same (which was a smidge tight width-wise), but nopers! Perfect amount of space for my tootsers!

    Cute but slightly large

    I like them, not love them because I feel they are slightly large. This is my third pair of Kizik shoes, all the same size, two different styles, and yet they ALL fit differently. While testing these in my house they felt good size-wise so I wore them outside and the first few times they felt good but now they are feeling big. I’ve tightened the laces up hoping that would help but I literally can’t tighten them anymore. Bummed that I have worn them outside and can’t exchange them for a smaller size. I think the wider toe box is the culprit of them feeling larger, which I’m happy my toes aren’t squished, but hoping I can find a way to get these feeling good.

    Love for all shoes...

    I love these shoes...they fit great and so was amazing for my vacation. My last pair, I wore them out and always go back for more. Comfortable...nice looking and just perfect.
