Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths (e.g., standard to wide), and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Buy these now; you won't regret it!
I just got the Siena, and I was instantly in love! I’ve worked in the footwear industry for many years, and while I’m no “shoe dog,” I’ve wear-tested hundreds of shoes over the years. This is, by far, the best fitting sneaker I’ve tried on in a very long time. The fit is spot on, secure enough to keep my foot supported, while still giving my toes plenty of room to move comfortably. The underfoot cushioning strikes the perfect balance between stability and comfort, making them feel amazing right out of the box.I got these in size 7 color Pristine Yellow/Bright White. Now I want all the colors! Fantastic craftsmanship. Well done, Kizik!

Women's Siena was a disappointment for me
These are not a $100+ shoe. Cheap material, uncomfortable. Bought these from Sheel's at a discount for $65 so that tells you a lot about people having the chance to check these out at a store first and decide. Grip on bottom is too spread apart and you feel it when you walk -- like little acupuncture points. Inside of the shoe is wide and stiff, feels unstable- hard on sides and soft on bottom with room for your foot to move around. If you tighten the laces you end up with really big bows because the laces are super cheap and stretchy. This is a discount Marshall's brand shoe, not something you expect from a website with a $100+ price tag. I really like the style of the shoe, but the actual craft is awful. That said, love Kizik and will continue to buy their shoes -- the Limas have been great and are a true slip on.

Hard to keep cute
They dont hold up well. Even after using a stain guard, everything transfers onto the faux suede and I cant get it off. With white sneakers that really stinks. They are true to size and i love that they are easy to slip on and off but for the durability, i think they are overpriced. There is no way I could keep these clean enough to last more than one season.

Very disappointing
I have owned several pairs of Kiziks and these certainly did mot meet the expectations. The tongue fabric is stiff and rubbed a place on my foot. Overall not the comfort expected. They run long but narrow in the toe box. If I had not gotten rid of the boxes I would return.

Should have read the reviews first
I have about five pairs of the Milan and LOVE them. Was bummed that they were discontinuing those. I took a chance on the Siena. Noticed that they said they run true to size - nope. They run way big. Foot slips around and they just aren’t as comfortable. Also, the tongue of the shoe is too short. I have to untie the shoe to be able to pull it up which defeats the purpose. I already threw the box away so can’t return. Super bummed.
