All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

    Either too big or too small

    i ordered my regular size, it was too big. Exchanged for smaller size,too small.I have had 2 other kizik pairs and loved them, not so much these.And I hear I'll have to pay to return them (free return has limits) which seems really not good for the consumer.

    Super comfy but narrow!

    I sometimes size into wide shoes, and needed to re lace and break in these shoes to make them work! They are super cute and comfy once I made those adjustments though

    These are my absolute favorite shoes, and I had to get another pair! They are so comfortable and I always get so many compliments. Bonus points for being slip on since I’m very pregnant!!!

    Not happy with the sole

    The color is good, fit good. But the back end sticks out too much and makes the shoe look big and awkward. Can complain about the comfort. Just not my favorite choice on the back end of the shoe
