Shoe Care
Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
No-Hassle Returns
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.
Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

The good - comfort is still there and it’s amazing. Hands free at the airport or just in general is a must. The bad - I don’t like change but I tried to have an open mind. The visual design I’m not completely sold on but the sole of the shoe is pretty dope. I also have had an issue with the shoe laces staying tied. Not sure if this is my issue or not but the shoelaces do appear to be a different material. The ugly - some of these changes might not seem significant but they were for me. The Prague was an awesome shoe and didn’t require to improvement in my opinion. Sometimes a single movie can be better than trying to film a sequel.

Being a big guy, 6’ 4”, size 15W, it is not easy to find stylish comfortable shoes, especially slip on, hands free. Not only do my Kiziks look great but they are extremely comfortable. Here is where the story gets a little weird. I loved them so much that I bought 2 more pair of the exact same shoe. The original pair gets used the most, walking, chores around the house, etc. The second pair I save for when we go out nice and the third pair is still in the box. I’m starting to wear out the first pair by walking in them so much I’ve had them close to 2 years so add durable to the list of things I like about Kiziks. I have bought 2 other colors too. I may be their biggest fan. If I was a normal shoe size I’d buy every color and every style they make. Finally, yes, I’m a real customer not some young marketing kid writing reviews.

These are the best in comfort. I have abandoned my expensive Allen Edmonds sneakers for Kizik. Together with alpaca socks I have minimal neuropathic pain in my feet. Slip-ons have prevented me from falling because of being poorly tied. My feet thank you Kizik!

As always, these are so comfortable and so easy to get in and out of!
they look amazing and I can wear them pretty much anywhere. I think this is probably my 10th pair of Kiziks and they never disappoint. Do yourself a favor and try them.
