Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Step into your rhythm with the Madrid 2—the casual, all-day shoe that keeps you moving effortlessly. Internal HandsFree Labs® technology lets you step in with ease. A 4-way stretch knit upper brings flexibility and breathability, while a foam midsole offers cushioning to keep every step comfortable. The relaxed fit gives your toes plenty of room for easy, everyday wear.

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

my favorite shoe by far
I've been wearing these since 2022. With very few exceptions, these are my go-to shoes. I have neuropathy in my left foot thanks to an injury and being able to get the shoes on and off easily makes a huge difference. I need to wear orthotics and those fit easily. They're easy to clean. With orthotics it's necessary to clean inside thoroughly; a bucket with hot water and baking soda takes care of that. They last nicely, I'd say I get 9 months out of a pair and I walk about 3-5 miles a day so I definitely put in some wear. I've taken them around the world.

Not like my old Kiziks
I was looking forward to a new pair of Kiziks to replace the two pairs I've had for a few years. My old Kiziks fit like a glove from day one. Not so with these new ones. I ordered the same size as my old ones, but they were way too large. Replaced with the next size down, and they still didn' t fit right– they were tight in the toe and loose in the heel. So, I've had to forgo the convenience of step-in shoes with lace-ups. But at least I now have good fitting shoes.
