I really think the shoes are cute. That was part of my reason for ordering them. I teach school and am on my feet all day. I was looking for something so my feet don't hurt terribly at the end of the day. The reviews were pretty good and I was able to use my HSA! I had to send the first pair back because they were too big. I had to order 1/2 size smaller than my regular shoe size. Overall, I'm pleased. This is my first week in them.

Heel runs very live, so these are not a good fit if you are just looking for a wide toe box. The foam in the soles is very low density and collapsed the first time I wore them (for context, I am 145 lbs). The dye on the shoe has come off onto the sole permanently where the sole collapsed. I wear these walking and now have my first blister in years thanks to the exceptionally wide heel. I wear a size wide in all shoes and have never encountered this before. I really liked Kiziks and their quality several years ago, but the quality is very disappointing now.

I bought these Kiziks for my 11-year-old son, and they've been a fantastic purchase. He's tall for his age and has already outgrown kids' shoes, so finding men's shoes that are easy to put on has been a challenge. He knows how to tie his shoes, but like most kids, he'd much rather just step into them and go.These are perfect for school, walks, and everyday wear. The hands-free design makes getting out the door so much easier, and he absolutely loves how convenient they are. They're not the shoes he'd wear for sports or other high-impact activities, but for daily use, they're exactly what we were looking for.I also appreciate that they don't look like typical adult shoes. The bright, colorful style still feels fun and youthful, which is important for a kid his age who's in between children's and adult sizes.Overall, we're both very happy with these shoes. If you have a child who's outgrown kids' sizes but still wants something easy to wear and age-appropriate, I highly recommend Kiziks.
