Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

What I've been looking for
I love these boots and they have hit every checkbox since I got them. I live in the country so I need something with a bit of ankle protection. These are lightweight, and even when I got them totally soaked when I was power washing my house last weekend, they were bone dry within 24 hrs. Being able to slip into them in 2 seconds flat means a lot to me - I am mobile but I have a permanent back injury and just got diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees (take care of your joints, my running girlies!) so not having to bend over or sit down(and subsequently get back up) saves me time and discomfort. I've just come back to order a second pair (Madrid Eco Knit) so I can slip between my outdoor shoes and my new indoor shoes seamlessly. I'll recommend these to everyone and youve got a customer for life!

Not very durable
I like the fit of these and they work pretty well for around the town. The foot-box is a bit too open for anything in the realm of hiking though. Your foot can move around too much and cause blisters.
The big problem is that after several months a tear in the shoe has formed where the rubber meets the fabric. It has really opened up on one and is beginning to form on the other. I was really hoping for better build quality as my first pair of another model has held up great.

Started Failing after 5 Months
Beware…the uppers on my shoes began tearing at a seam 5 months from their purchase. I have had a good experience with the other KIZIK shoes I have purchased, but when I contacted support about this issue they said they were outside of the 3 months ‘warranty’ period, so I was out of luck. They sent me a 10% off coupon on my next pair of shoes, which I am not sure I would have a need for at this point. Disappointed in this customer service experience, to be honest.
Very comfortable shoes, and was looking forward to wearing them for a long time. Sad.
