Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)
All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any UPS location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

I got the Lima in Dark Olive Gum. Excellent right from the start. Perfect fit, comfortable and not bulbous or chunky. The Slip On function works quite well and takes two seconds tops to slip them on. I like the fact the shoes actually have regular lace up laces and you can adjust the fit if needed by tying them looser or tighter. I'm going to wear these only indoors in the winter particularly as I go in and out a lot, many times per day and the 1 or 2 seconds to put them on and take off is a very big plus. Great shoes. Only have one suggestion. The built in sock is a good feature, specially in the winter months and help the shoe last longer. My suggestion is that it might also be a good idea to extend the internal sock to go all the way to the toe. As it is it goes along the sides and about 1/3 of the way to the toe. Just something to consider.

I am a nurse and the touching my shoes all the time to tie them or put them on/off. A co-worker had a pair of the Athens and absolutely loved them. I ordered me a pair of the Lima and now this is the only shoe I wear for work. It has been 3+ years and I still have the same pair. The inside has started to show wear and tear a little, but 5 years of 12 hour shifts 3 days a week I would expect some wear and tear. They do run a little small. I did have to send my first purchase back and size up but the company made it incredibly easy and quick. Looking at upgrading my everyday shoe to another pair of Lima's. Not only are they durable and hold up, they are extremely comfortable. Again after long 12+ hour shifts at the hospital my feet are not sore or tired.
