Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations. 

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

    Pros: Great customer service. Easy to get on once you bend them a bit to break them in.

    Cons: Not for narrow feet. My 18m has small, narrow feet and these just fall off of him as he walks. I’ve even tried to pair them with thick socks. Unfortunately, I can’t even size down as they would then be too short. I wish the elastic ties could be tightened easily. If your baby has chunkier feet, you shouldn’t have a probably.

    Don't waste your money :(

    So bummed about these. I love Kiziks and own more than 6 pairs myself. I was so excited when I saw these were launching and I grabbed a pair for my son right away. They are cute but they slide right off, same as they slide right on. Absolutely useless for a toddler. Wish I could get my money back for this overpriced, faulty product. Stick to regular sneakers for your little ones.

    Little Monster

    I absolutely love the these. My grandson only really wears shoes when we go out somewhere, but when I put these on him, he was in awe of the green monster. He loves them! Love them because they are so easy to get on his foot. It takes me forever to get his Nikes on his foot. I wish you made more of these. Selection is limited. They are are the cutest! They look adorable on him.
