Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

    Holes everywhere, ripping at the seams

    A week in my kiosks were already covered in holes despite I only walked around.they also shrunk when I rinsed them off with water and let the em air dry in the sun. Never buying from here again these shoes were so expensive. After 6 months they DESTROYED.

    Got hole in them in less than a year of occasional wear

    I’m really disappointed because I love these shoes but, within less than a year of occasional wear, they already have holes in the “whether-proof” fabric. I’ve only ever worn them in urban environments, not in the woods or a hiking trail (don’t have any in my area) and I haven’t worn them more than a couple times a month either. Very disappointing for a shoe that’s supposed to hold up to the outdoors & is $170!
