Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations. 

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

    In the pink

    This is my fifth pair of kiziks so these are pretty much the same 10am 1/2 I get. They are fine, I am still wearing them around the house but when I wear them barefoot the insole comes out when I take them off.I have convinced my husband to buy a pair . He likes them very much too. I’m also happy with the pink , it’s definitely different.

    Love these sneakers!

    The color is so pretty - but better still the shoes were easy to slip on from the first moment. Then the best is that they were so comfortable to walk in immediately!Thank you for making such a great sneaker!

    Perfect Pink!!

    This is my second pair of the wild rose color. I bought these to wear at the Annual Barbie convention! They work great with my outfits even wearing them with dresses! Easy to get off & on at the airport!! Important that they’re so comfortable as I’m on my feet, running around room shopping for vintage Barbie treasures!! 🩷
