Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths (e.g., standard to wide), and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

I always love my kiziks but I don’t think these are the best options if you are going to be on your feet all day.

Not hands free
I am not able to put these shoes on without unlacing them. That’s the whole point of Kizik - right? They aren’t bad in terms of look and functionality. I wouldn’t call them hiking shoes but they are nice to wear outside. I did size up. Normally a 12 I bought 13.

Not the same fit as London as promised
Disappointing. I chatted with Kizik and specifically asked if all the measurements inside the shoe were the same as the London. Width, length, etc. They said they were.I have a narrow foot and it’s hard to find shoes that fit. I LOVE the London shoe! I thought the London AT was cute was excited it would fit the same.It didn’t. The length was shorter (I have a 10.5 London I’ve had for a year) and the width was wider. Not comfortable so they went back.The shoe is cute, I’m sure it’ll work for others. But disappointed here.

Nope
The shoes are really cute, but they are honestly so uncomfortable. I work in healthcare and I’m on my feet for hours, and these shoes made my feet hurt so bad the past two days. They might be okay for going out or wearing for a short amount of time, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them as work shoes if you’re on your feet all day. They look great, but they’re just not comfortable enough for a long shift.

Beyond frustrated
I ordered a different style a few weeks ago. The description says they run small so I ordered a half size bigger than I usually wear. I tried them and immediately knew they were too big. I returned them for the size I usually wear. They were too small. I returned them. I ordered a different style. They were fine for the first couple of days, but they weren’t true to size either. These are my 7th pair of Kiziks. All of the others fit perfectly. I can’t return them because I wore them outside.
