Return or exchange? No problem.
We want your feet to be happy. Not only are Kiziks the easiest shoes to put on, they are also the easiest shoes to exchange or return.
As long as you haven’t worn your Kiziks outside and you’re within 30 days of your original order date, take three simple steps (see what we did there?), and we’ll make it right:
1. Visit Kizik Returns and enter the order number from your order confirmation email and your email address used to make the purchase.
In-Store Purchases: If you have purchased at our retail store and did not provide your email at checkout please contact Customer Service by phone (833)675-0266 or email: email@example.com with your Order No. listed on your receipt. They will assist you with the Return Process
2. Select the option to exchange or return, answer a few questions, and voila! Your shipping label will magically appear (or be emailed to you).
3. Peel and reseal the box your shoes came in with your ORIGINAL CONDITION Kiziks inside, slap that shipping label on, and give it to your carrier.
Only original condition Kiziks can be returned or exchanged! If you’ve worn your Kiziks outside, they’re not in original condition. They should have no sidewalk dirt or street dirt or any dirt. Indoor wear only, please!
Once the return has been processed online, use our provided return label. This will allow our system to process your exchange or refund quickly. You will know the exchange or refund was initiated when you receive an email confirmation from us.
That’s it! See? Kiziks are the EASIEST SHOES TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN. No return shipping fees in the US, no restocking fees.
We offer a 1 time free exchange. Any additional exchanges will need to be approved and processed with a customer service agent. A $10.00 shipping fee will need to be paid upfront before the agent can process the additional exchange. Please reach out to customer service by phone, chat or email.
International orders may be subject to a return fee. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
