Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Received the order fast (I live close) and to my surprise two different sizes of shoes arrived. I notified customer service and while I was at work they responded to me. Required to provide photos and evidence to replace the shoes.
All this done to either confirm I wasn’t trying to steal 1 shoe. Don’t make much sense to me. Especially given this is probably the 20th pair of shoes I ordered from kizik.
I love the shoes and generally have a very great experience with shopping and delivery (other than so many shoes seem to be out of stock).
But to require me to go home and get photos of the shoes to get a replacement was an unnecessary ask. Especially on a Friday, it will require another weekend and shipping to get my shoes. Too bad.

Ich liebe Schuhe von Kizik. Sie passen immer, das Material ist richtig gut und die haben die step right in. Was ich so klasse finde. Versand von USA ging sehr schnell. Ich glaube es waren 5 Tage.

Comfortable, Easy with Great Support
I love my Kiziks. Until I bought my first pair, putting shoes on was difficult due to physical limitations. I had a few step-in shoes, but they were just little canvas slip-ons that gave no support whatsoever. Not ideal for my balance or comfort. Kiziks solved the accessibility problem, and the structure problem, and the blackout color makes me happy! They give me a nice, unbroken line and no white part to get dirty. They are durable and stay great looking. Customer service is responsive, friendly and professional.
