I have bought many pairs of Kizik shoes and am incredibly disappointed in these shoes and their response. After less than a year of wearing these 1-2x per week on grass, the soul has started falling off. I expected they would send a new pair since it’s clearly a quality defect. They said they do not back the quality of their shoes after 3 months. So BUYER BEWARE — these fall apart and I will no longer be a loyal customer given their lack of response making it right.

Like the title says, this was my first bad experience with this brand. I got these thinking they might last longer for me since I usually wear my shoes from the inside out and these have been a pain since getting them. I bought these in 10W, and they fit just a smidgen bigger than a standard width shoe. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking they just needed to be broken in but nope. 5 months later they've barely budged in loosening up (after daiky use and averaging 10 to 15k steps a day) leading to a lot of foot pain compared to previous purchases and only look like they've been falling apart since day one. The glued down rim popped off within two days of wear making them look very cheap for being the most expensive kiziks I've bought. Sure they haven't started wearing away at the heel which is my common problem with kiziks, but I just hate wearing these that I've gone back to my old shoes to recover from any pain I've gotten with these. They do not bend nicely and feel like they weren't made to. Absolutely do not recommend this style if you have wide feet, save your money
