No Help can be expected
I ordered a pair of Porto Men's Pristine/Gum size 12EE (order number 3132622) on 30 November 2024. I waited 2 weeks for the delivery. When the shoes arrived, they were in a box stating Porto Men's Pristine/Gum size 12EE but the actual shoes were some model i do not recognise, black and in Size 11EE. All attempts to contact Customer Service over multiple days failed. When I tried to lodge a return, the order number was not recognised. Great product, just wish the customer service and after sales service can match up. I continue to wait for a response.
