Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Green Monster
I bought these for my little niece and both she and her parents are obsessed with them. Unfortunately she’s grown out of the 5C and I’ve been trying to order the 6C for the past 3 months and they are never restocked. I love Kiziks but they are terribly unresponsive and slow when it comes to setting any sort of expectations for customers. No info regarding if or when we can ever expect these to be restocked.

Pros: Great customer service. Easy to get on once you bend them a bit to break them in.
Cons: Not for narrow feet. My 18m has small, narrow feet and these just fall off of him as he walks. I’ve even tried to pair them with thick socks. Unfortunately, I can’t even size down as they would then be too short. I wish the elastic ties could be tightened easily. If your baby has chunkier feet, you shouldn’t have a probably.

Love these!
I bought them for my 18 month old granddaughter because she will not wear shoes. She loves putting on her big sister's shoes but rips off her own constantly. When I took these out of the box she RAN over to have me put them on her and would not take them off. These are literally the only shoes she'll wear. She had other shoes to wear for Easter & she screamed until these were put on her. They fit great, she loves them & they're easy to get off and put on.
