Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Best fit ever
My husband has bunions, high instep and extra wide width which makes it a challenge to find shoes. Also he’s had back surgery and can’t bend or twist. These shoes are amazing and he loves them. I was leery about ordering on line and getting the right fit but I call the customer care line and the rep helped me place my order. I had to reorder a size smaller and customer service was helpful all throughout the process. Even made sure I still received my first time buyer discount on the second pair. I give this a 👍.

Perfect fit and easiest shoe to wear
I think it’s a high quality shoe, i use it everyday for office and comfortably open and don it all the time. Haven’t used it for sports but otherwise it’s great for outdoors

Great shoe, but the mesh can snag kinda easily
Love the fit and feel of the shoe and especially love the step-in feature. I’m now on my third pair. The only bummer is that my last two pairs have had the mesh at the top of the shoe snag a thread or two and it doesn’t look good. One time my golden retriever stepped on my foot so I can kinda understand that one. The other shoe I can’t trace any event to the snag that’s developed.

Love My Limas
This is a great casual shoe that looks great and feels great, plus no hassle on and off … it’s a total winner in my book!!! I own several pairs of Kiziks and wear them just about every day!

Every heavy shoe
The hell is very heavy with no balance. No good for person that needs extra support.the way everyone talking about the shoe I bought 2 pairs. I miss the window of return. I just gave $200.00 away. So if you need a shoe that supports your knee this is not the shoes. I wish I can get a refund.
