Men's Wasatch

I purchased the Men’s Wasatch in Tumbleweed in September 2024, and they’ve been among the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. The hands-free design is incredibly convenient, and the fit and cushioning have made them a pleasure to wear.Unfortunately, after approximately two years of normal, occasional use, not even daily wear, I noticed a small tear developing in the fabric upper near the reinforced toe area of my left shoe. Given the price and the rugged, outdoor-inspired design, I expected the materials to hold up better over time.I still enjoy wearing these shoes and appreciate Kizik’s comfort and innovative design. In fact, I’ve continued purchasing other Kizik models. However, I hope the company improves the durability of the upper materials, particularly around areas subject to repeated flexing.Overall, excellent comfort and convenience, but disappointing long-term durability.

My son is so happy to have good looking comfortable shoes that he can slip on and I’m happy he enjoys them. He can tie his shoes, but he got attached to slip on shoes. That the backs don’t buckle and the shoe stays firmly on the feet is amazing. My whole family wears Kizik now. We just wish sizing for big kids was a little easier to measure. Having only men or women size between 5 and 7 had us exchange them twice.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of Kizik Men's Wasatch Tumbleweed shoes. The fit is true to size, and they are very comfortable. This is my second purchase of Kizik Shoes. I highly recommend this footwear line. These shoes have made it a lot easier for me to put on my shoes. This is a great product.

They are very comfortable and I this is my second pair. The first pair only lasted 2 years which I consider not very long. However, I bought this new pair and in LESS than a year they are in need of replacement ... I still gave two stars because they are comfortable, but if you want something with any staying power, these aren't for you

Issue first, because it’s a big one: the laces on the Kizik Wasatch are terrible. They constantly come untied. And that completely defeats the entire point of buying a Kizik shoe in the first place.Why does a Kizik shoe—whose whole reason for existing is hands-free, slip-on convenience—have laces that actually need to be tied? It makes absolutely no sense. If I wanted to deal with laces all day, I’d buy literally any other brand. This is a self-inflicted design failure.What makes this even more frustrating is that the fix is obvious: use stretch laces that are permanently tied. Other Kizik models do this well. It works. It’s a no-brainer. Instead, these feel like useless decoration that actively make the shoe worse.The sad part: I’ve owned several pairs of Kiziks and genuinely raved about them. I’ve recommended them to people. The Wasatch completely changed that. The shoe itself is comfortable and well-built, but the lace choice is so bad it overshadows everything else.After buying the Wasatch, I won’t be purchasing another pair. Extremely disappointing design decision from a brand that should know better.Bottom line:Good shoe. Infuriating laces. Completely undermines the Kizik promise. Fix this, because right now it’s a hard no.
