Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Love but color fades
I truly do love these shoes and bought a second pair in spite of the fact they have faded in color rather quickly. I’m doing my best to protect them from sunlight and don’t wash unless absolutely necessary. Wear them almost daily as I’m retired and in my 70’s so usually casually dressed and never wear socks.

Extremely disappointing quality for an $89 shoe
I absolutely would NOT recommend these shoes. I ordered a pair 11/24 and they show significant wear already on the inside of the heel. They're only 6 months old. That is appalling for a pair of shoes this expensive.I already contacted customer service and they said it wasn't covered under warranty. I will never buy a pair of kiziks again.

Trouble with this Shoe
The design and color were good. However it rubbed a blister on my left foot. I should have noticed that the tongue fell close to my ankle. I should only wear loafer style shoes that only meet the mid point of my foot. If the shoe style is similar to a running shoe the padded tongue does not bother the upper part of my foot. I have photos that shows the problem it created on my left foot.

The inside sole on my right foot at the heel has worn through to the outside sole. It hurts to walk in it.I bought this because the same thing happened with the Skechers I bought, only at the toe, but the Skechers lasted a lot longer. So I switched to Kizik. Big mistake.Can you please tell me where I can get a pair of Slip-in walking shoes that are more durably built?Regards,Peter Wegman
