Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Hands-free shoes make getting in and out of your footwear easier for everyone, including for people with a wide range of health conditions that limit mobility, flexibility, strength, or balance. These include pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, and certain neurological or muscular conditions.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Extremely Comfortable, but Durability Could Be Better
I purchased the Men’s Wasatch in Tumbleweed in September 2024, and they’ve been among the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. The hands-free design is incredibly convenient, and the fit and cushioning have made them a pleasure to wear.Unfortunately, after approximately two years of normal, occasional use, not even daily wear, I noticed a small tear developing in the fabric upper near the reinforced toe area of my left shoe. Given the price and the rugged, outdoor-inspired design, I expected the materials to hold up better over time.I still enjoy wearing these shoes and appreciate Kizik’s comfort and innovative design. In fact, I’ve continued purchasing other Kizik models. However, I hope the company improves the durability of the upper materials, particularly around areas subject to repeated flexing.Overall, excellent comfort and convenience, but disappointing long-term durability.

Easy to get on but not the best comfort low longevity
Easy to get on but not super comfortable and after 2 weeks of wearing them they already have a hole in the side.

Color very different in person
I haven't decided if I will keep these yet. They seem very comfortable but the colors are much more muted in person (women's version), at least compared to the main shoe images at the top. The soles are more green than brown/black, and look more accurate to the lifestyle photos lower in the listing.

Defective Material 🤔
Haven't even been worn a full month and the nylon mesh connected to the toe box failed. Just now seeing all of the other reviews showing the same tearing. Not sure if it's just not durable enough to handle that stress point of a shoe, but less than a month of non-daily wear is pretty disappointing considering I love all of my other Kiziks. I have probably gifted as many as I've bought for myself and plan to continue to do so if this is mostly a one-off situation. Anticipating a resolution from Kizik.

2e son loves these
My son is so happy to have good looking comfortable shoes that he can slip on and I’m happy he enjoys them. He can tie his shoes, but he got attached to slip on shoes. That the backs don’t buckle and the shoe stays firmly on the feet is amazing. My whole family wears Kizik now. We just wish sizing for big kids was a little easier to measure. Having only men or women size between 5 and 7 had us exchange them twice.
