Accommodating Fit: Many of our standard widths feature a comfortable, accommodating fit due to our hands-free toebox design.
Choosing Your Width: If you typically require a wide fitting, our Wide (2E) options are a great place to start. For the most generous fitting with maximum volume and width in the forefoot, select our Extra Wide (4E) models.
Fit Recommendations:
- If you are between widths, for example standard to wide, and still experience fit issues, consider trying a wide (2E) option in your regular size.
- For very high arches or very high insteps, an Extra Wide (4E) model can provide more room.
- Thin socks can provide a slightly less snug fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Comfortable and cute
I like how comfy they are. I tightened the laces to customize them for a narrower fit. Of course I love being able to slip them on and off with such ease. The only thing I don’t like is that my purchase put me on an email list that’s sending messages EVERY day. I cannot imagine anyone buying shoes every day. Other than that, I plan to buy again. Just not immediately.

I only wore my sneakers for a short time when a metal eyelet came loose. I’m really surprised at the poor quality for the price.

Poor order fulfillment
Originally, I ordered 2 pairs of Kizik shoes including a men’s Irvine model. When my order arrived, one pair was as expected (Vargus in Mole), but the box labeled “Men’s size 11 Irvine” actually contained a second pair of Vargus in Mole (so I received 2 pairs of the same shoe and no Irvines. Customer Service was quick to issue a return authorization. Unfortunately, the White Irvines’ were out of stock so I registered to be notified when they were back in stock. After many weeks, I received notification that they were back in stock so I ordered Men’s size 11 white Irvines. When my order arrived I was extremely disappointed to discover that while the label on the box said Men’s size 11 white Irvines, the contents of the box were actually Vargus in Mole. Again, when I contacted Customer Service, they authorized the return but were unable to send the Men’s White, size 11 Irvines as they were out of stock. At this juncture, I am giving up on Kizik and hope they get their order fulfillment issues resolved soon.

Go with everything.
Shoes are very comfortable. They are super versatile with outfits. Slightly disappointed in the quality as one of the seams is fraying after only a few wears.
