Hands-free shoes make getting in and out of your footwear easier for everyone, including for people with a wide range of health conditions that limit mobility, flexibility, strength, or balance. These include pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, and certain neurological or muscular conditions.

Technology

CAGE®Step in easily. The heel compresses, springs back, and locks for a secure fit.

Shoe Care

Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.

Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.

Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

No-Hassle Returns

All returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. There is no shipping charge for returns that are brought to any FedEx Office & Print or any Kohl’s location, Kizik retail store, or Redo return bar locations.

Accessory Return Policy
All accessory purchases(socks, cleaning kits, etc.) are eligible for in-store credit only. Refunds or exchanges are not available on accessory items.

Game changer for neurodivergent kids
I found Kiziks when I was pregnant, and have since recommended them to other adults going through surgeries or even just looking for a good shoe. Never considered them for kids but my AuDHD child has been so excited about these and they have made getting out of the house significantly faster!

poor customer service
These shoes run small. I tried to initiate a return on these shoes but the website kept forcing me into an exchange, rather than a return. I got the 2.5 kids and needed a size 3 but there were no other (larger) sizes available in the Kids Athens or any other kids shoes for that matter. The website automatically selected a size 12 shoe (3 sizes smaller than what I needed!) for the exchange and wouldn't let me switch to any other shoe or do a return instead. I gave up and reached out to customer service but they immediately rejected my return request so now I have a pair of shoes that my son can never wear and I wasted my money. I'm very disappointed as I've been a loyal Kizik customer for many years, purchasing Kiziks for myself and so many others in my family - husband, kid, sister, niece, dad. You would think they would place a little more value in their customers.
