I very much appreciate that you provide shoes in 10.5. Typically, 10's are too small and 11's are to big. Thank you. I know a lot of women in my situation. The Madison is very comfortable, and I believe the thicker sole will be perfect on my upcoming trip to Europe. I do think the color description is not quite right, however. Chambray is a type of heathered fabric. This shoe is a straight up baby blue.
Love them! The poppy red were my 8th pair. Super comfortable and true to size. I have gotten so many compliments while wearing them. Definitely recommend!
I normally wear between an 8-8.5 depending on the brand. Because a size 8 was not available in the poppy red, I got a size 8.5. I like a lot of toe room, so I thought this would be okay. When they arrived, they were like boats. They seriously seemed like they could be my husband's shoes. I could have exchanged to try a 7.5, but I was worried my toes would touch the end, and also the height and cushion of the sole was off-putting to me. I don't wear barefoot shoes, but I also do not love a shoe that is very high. This one was higher than I expected from the photos. It just seemed very clunky to me. Additionally, kizik's free shipping is not free - you pay a $3 fee when you checkout to have "free shipping and returns" (how is something "free" when you're paying for it - but okay, I bought anyways, assuming I could then have a truly "free" return if I needed it). Well, then another $3 "free shipping and returns" fee was subtracted from my refund to return the shoes. I really hate the gimmick, just say it will be $6 to try and return these shoes if you don't like them. Just don't say you have free shipping/returns if you're going to end up charging a fee! I would consider trying another style, but basically am just annoyed with the brand because I even called the customer service to confirm it would be free exchanges and returns (and they confirmed it would be free). Plus paying $6 to keep trying shoes isn't okay for my budget. I think amazon carries some kizik styles, probably with free returns, if I was going to continue trying this brand that would be the only thing ... but I'm not. One last thing .. even though the shoe was way too large for me, somehow it still wasn't as "slip in" as I had imagined. I had to paddle my ankle back and forth or bend and hold my finger at the back to slip my foot in ... basically what I already do with my current regular sneakers to get them on, nothing really revolutionary there.
Received my Madison canvas shoes in Poppy Red as a birthday gift from my husband. I love them! Delivery was surprisingly quick. The color is so happy and the fit is true to my normal 9.5 size. Please, please restock the WHITE quickly. I need them, too! This is my fourth pair of Kiziks and I am a big fan of their shoes. There are copycats, but this is the OG brand that beats all the others. The original step-in is still the best.
Love the pair of shoes I have ( yellow) but omg could you PLEASE make the poppy red shoes in wide also , so I can order a new pair. 🙂
