Kizik Freedom Run Sales Contest Rules

Retail sales associates (“RSAs”) have TWO opportunities to win:

  1. The top 10 best performing RSAs nationwide based on net pairs of Kizik Freedom Run sold between May 1, 2026 and May 17, 2026 (the “Contest Period”) will win a limited edition Kizik Luka Mini Calpak duffel.
  2. RSAs will earn a $5 reward for every net pair of Kizik Freedom Run sold during the Contest Period.

Eligibility

  • Select Kizik retailers only.
  • In-store sales only; online sales excluded.
  • No credit given for returned pairs and no additional credit given for exchanged pairs.
  • RSAs must be at least 18 years of age (or have the necessary consent of a parent or legal guardian).
  • RSAs must be employed at a Kizik retailer invited for participation by Kizik that sells the Kizik Freedom Run during the Contest Period.
  • Valid in the US only.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • No purchase necessary.

How to Participate

  1. By making this contest available to its RSAs, Kizik retailers accept these Rules.
  2. By participating in the contest, RSAs accept these Rules.
  3. Kizik retailer to track qualifying RSA Freedom Run sales.
  4. Kizik retailer to submit Kizik-provided net sales tracker to Kizik sales rep no later than 8:00 PM MT on May 25, 2026. Kizik retailer agrees to provide sell through reports for sales validation by Kizik if requested.

Reward Fulfillment

Rewards will be issued to participating Kizik retailers by June 30, 2026 in the form of a credit memo. Kizik retailer is to issue rewards directly to participating RSAs. Kizik is only able to issue rewards via credit memo. No exceptions. Kizik Luka Mini Calpak duffels will be shipped to winners (ICO Kizik retailers) by June 30, 2026.

Disqualification

RSAs will be disqualified from the contest if they:

  • Provide false information about identity or employment.
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the contest.
  • Submit fraudulent proof of completion.
  • Violate these Rules.
  • Engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate by Kizik.

Taxes

RSAs are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the rewards they receive and should consult with a tax professional regarding their specific situation.

General Conditions

Kizik reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason, including without limitation if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Kizik’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. Kizik’s decisions regarding the administration, operation, and interpretation of these Rules and the determination of winners are final and binding. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
